Funny - A few months back, the nayboobs were slamming the town claiming that it intended to push through the CVS quickly so that the residents couldn't voice their opinion. Oh -- the mean old town was going to ignore procedures to force the project on the poor people.
Now - the nayboobs are complaining because the town is -- as it always does -- following legal and proper procedures. It takes time to review and approve (or disapprove) a zone change and the review and approve (or disapprove) a site plan.
Furthermore - the roundabout was only 1 of 3 recommended solutions at 5 Corners .. it was NOT the only recommendation.

I think you are missing the point here. ROTTENdam has allowed cvs to ignore all code violations FOREVER. the corner is a shameful overgrown sh!thole! they can go thru all of the procedures necessary.........until then..........the pathetic town board should force them to clean up that corner in the mean time. will this 'blind eye' allow Putorti (who owns the vacant land) and the homes that cvs is planning on buying to just let their property go in shambles for months and months?) there are laws on the books.....yes? |
