I have some inside info from Law enforcement who I talked to a few nights ago...
All can say is, this is the tip of the iceberg....It is more widespread than is being reported... What I mean by more widespread is more financial transactions between the inmates and the staff at the facility...it's going to get ugly...

Did anyone see the hole they cut in the 2 foot diameter 3/8 inch steel steam pipe-?

( Shawshank the pipe was cast iron )

A structural steel fabricator had said his best man couldnt have done a better job.
and the hole getting outof the other end of the pipe must have been very difficult - i mean your cutting your way out OF A 2 FOOT ROUND TUBE

I was thinking cordless or maybe hot wire a corded sawzall/grinder ?

But no Sweat said all the cuts were done with a Hack saw blade-

there are a lot of guards,staff,prisoners who wished Sweat didn't get caught. -
