What a joke. First instead of five on the board, only two there, two or three grievers ahead of us, had to wait for the third board member, over 1/2 late,
they were talking about cancelling today and having it another day.   Finally started, felt bad for the veteran who  went first, they were talking about
denying him even before he started talking : (

The Bd of Assessment Review...it's an ole boys' club.  They deny 95% of the residents who grieve.  But there is good news...after they turn you down, that allows you to go onto Small Claims which is an easy process and the majority of people are successful in getting a reduction in assessment!
