I don't believe the hiker was acting "stupid", it was likely a misstep or slip. I hiked Plotterkill when I was in high school. It doesn't take a classroom teacher to tell me falling down a 50 foot embankment covered with trees and rocks can cause injury or death. What's next, a class in the dangers of walking across the road?
