It keeps going down because of falling gas prices and the implosion of Rotterdam Square Mall. Now Macy's has fled the County. Good luck buying a decent suit or shoes in this tax crazed county. Plenty of places to upload jewelry or old phones. What we need now is a good pawn shop/bail bondsman. Keep the DEM implosion going! Reelect Mayor McCheese and the whole county hack crew. Got PILOTS?
