That's very possible. It's like the ones who hang out in the library. So I'm wondering if the casino will be open 24/7 like Atlantic city is, or was.
But I'd also wonder too about the tenants of the apartments, how many evictions will there be when tenants have a casino a few feet away and they gamble away their rent money, unless their lease prohibits them from going to the casino.
Then the undesirables who gamble to pay their drug debts in this drug infested city.
Even if private security is hired, they wouldn't have any law enforcement abilities, I don't believe, so perhaps the mayor would assess a fee for each call there. Remember how he wanted to charge a fee to Schenectady homeowners, and homeowners have paid taxes. But this tax exempt property, well they should charge a fee for each call.

I like that idea. Maybe it should be promoted. Set up a place similar to a laser tag place, and let 'em go at it. That would get 'em off the street. Offer prizes as well. Maybe $50 for a wound, and $100 for a kill. Head shots would qualify for a bonus. Livestream the action as well. Separate rooms for knives, clubs, bats, screwdrivers. An additional facility for hand to hand combat w/o weapons. Hmmm.

but I bet if the casino was open and they were gambling to 'get rich' so they could get off of government assistance it wouldn't go well.... considering the state takes 1/2 of the winnings if you're on services.

On top of that these idiots are all very bad shots. Los Angeles has at least one murder a day. All this shooting is just Schenectady machismo .
