The rate which RED States incarcerate minorities(constituents)

I know box...Isn't it amazing...BLUE STATES incarcerate their black population at 6 to 10 time greater rate than the white population. Where in RED STATES, the black population is incarcerated at 3 to 5 times the white population.
Let's take a look at New York compared to Texas, shall we:
Texas incarcerates whites at 768 per 100K and blacks at 2855 per 100K. That means a black person is 3.7 times more likely to be incarcerated compared to a white person. Now, in New York, New York incarcerates whites at an amazingly low 219 per 100k and blacks at 1655 per 100k. That means a black person is 7.6 times more likely to be incarcerated than a white person.
Let's take a look at California compared to Louisiana.
Louisiana incarcerates whites at 675 per 100K and blacks at 2855 per 100K. That means a black person is 4.3 times more likely to be incarcerated compared to a white person. Now, in California, California incarcerates whites at 453 per 100k and blacks at 3036 per 100k. That means a black person is 6.7 times more likely to be incarcerated than a white person.
Let's move on to Vermont and South Carolina. The home state of socialist Bernie Sanders and the state first involved in the war against secession.
South Carolina incarcerates whites at 433 per 100K and blacks at 1996 per 100K. That means a black person is 4.6 times more likely to be incarcerated compared to a white person. Now, in Vermont, Vermont incarcerates whites at 220 per 100k and blacks at 2214 per 100k. That means in a black person is 10 TIMES more likely to be incarcerated than a white person. WOW! Talk about equality! Warning to black people - don't step foot in Vermont.
How bout Minnesota and Georgia?
Minnesota incarcerates whites at 216 per 100K and blacks at 2321 per 100K. That means a black person is 10.7 TIMES more likely to be incarcerated compared to a white person. Now, in Georgia, Georgia incarcerates whites at 640 per 100k and blacks at 2036 per 100k. That means in a black person is 3.2 times more likely to be incarcerated than a white person. WOW! I thought Vermont was bad! Warning to black people - don't step foot in Minnesota either.
Take a look for yourself. Compare Red State vs Blue State, and you will see that Blue State incarcerate white people at a MUCH LOWER rate than a black person. The odds of a black person seeing a white person's face in prison in a Blue State is VERY LOW. Blue State don't incarcerate rich white elites. Whereas Red States have no problem throwing white people in jail.
Many laws were created to target the poverty/minority communities, I however link it to the targeting of these groups to keep them right where they want them and the left did a damn good job at doing it. Think of the generations who grew up that only know how to live with government assistance, all the democrats have to offer is to throw them another scrap off the table in return for their vote. This city is a prime example of this where the system is so twisted it is extremely hard to try to move up a class. Where I work they teach kids how to obtain government assistance, they also try to teach them trades but seeing first hand how unmotivated the kids/students are is really disturbing.

How about posting the corresponding crime rates by ethnicity. That would provide a better understanding of the overall issue.

You don't find white crime hunting blacks, except as collateral damage.
Plus, white criminals get probation and blacks get prison.
These statistics are based on targeted enforcement.
The system works as designed, to keep minorities working in corporate owned prison factories, while cops, judges, lawyers, guards and stockholders live lifestyles well above the average citizen.
The US leads the world in prisoner powered slave labor.
laws tossed in at podiums by those stumping and those looking to keep their face in the game make this happen....
our elected run all around making themselves look important for NOTHING....so they pick something out of their A$$es and toss it to the public like a bone....
