Schenectady county residents are leaving Schenectady Co.
Schenectady Co has a LOSS of 2,500 people though it has foreigners coming in (quite a number of foreigners losing their homes too, did you see today's paper) but still has a net LOSS of people CHOOSING to live IN Schenectady Co. Births increasing however so an increase in the population (attraction must be the welfare, perhaps the drug jobs?)
Saratoga County, not just increase in births, and the highest increase in population, but increase in people CHOOSING to move to Saratoga County (both foreign and Americans.)
This is the past five years under current city-county-metroplex leadership.
Is this REALLY indicative of a "renaissance" ?????????
Especially when the BIGGEST recipient of the handouts from the taxpayer REFUSES to live ANYWHERE IN Schenectady County. |
