We, on the other hand are educated, normal, independent, self sufficient adults, owning and maintaining our own home and paying taxes, raising a family, (children excel academically with college scholarships), and we see all the corruption in the city, how the leaders are stealing from the people, and this cannot continue. We research ourselves and see the falling tax base, the people losing their homes, the long time taxpaying businesses that went out of business, etc while the millionaire political cronies of the leaders keep taking everything from the people and giving it to their rich cronies in return for all the kickbacks and that is just plain WRONG.
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
