Um, COWARDLY LIAR once again.  You do NOT work IN the city.   I provided the EVIDENCE to you that your place of little employment is in the TOWN of Niskayuna.  MAYBE there is a square floor tile within the city limits.

DO you need for me to again post the tax map that proves that your little job is in the TOWN??????????

Obviously you have no clue how to read tax maps

So when are you going to start paying property taxes IN the city????   Or even in the county?

By the way, how come you refused to comment on the news story about all the tax deadbeat political cronies of the mayor, like the mayor's taxpayer funded real estate agent and her metroplex (taxpayer paid) architect tax deadbeats?   How about the dem councilman?  How about the former dem councilman?   How about the high paid county employee with a no-interest mortgage who hasn't paid?

Oh yeah, you won't EVER comment on that story of the tax deadbeats with connections to the mayor and metroplex.

You are TOO COWARDLY to address the FACT that the politically connected are tax deadbeats

Your tax map proves nothing -- since half the property is IN the City of Schenectady and even served as a polling place for city residents.   So take your tax map and your attitude ---  and shove it up your a**.

You are a liar and a coward hiding behind your usernames. Besides that you are a boor and a bore.  You think you can do everyone else's job better than they can do it.  You think that the whole world should give a damn what you think --  while the rest of us just laugh at how much of a pathetic troll you are.  If you posted something interesting and constructive rather than your endless sniveling, whining rants ... I might consider responding to them.

One would assume that with a program such as this that accurate/specific records would be kept, whereby the resulting home sales attributed to this program would be tracked.   Thereby allowing the program leaders to better trumpet it's success for that program.

The use of the church as a polling site does NOT prove anything!!!!    Good example is Elmer Ave School, it was a polling site, it was located within the 15th election district in the city, but people who lived IN the 15th election district had to go to Schenectady High school to vote.  And people who lived OUTSIDE of the boundaries of election district 15 had to go to a building located within district 15 to vote.

Why do people who live on the on the streets off the western side of Altamont Ave go way over to Mohonasen high school to vote ( the high school is NOT located WITHIN the same election district number as the people who live on those streets off Altamont?

Why do the people who live over around Highbridge, i.e., Mercer Ave, East Palmer, etc drive right past the Rotterdam Senior Center (a polling site in Rotterdam) and go way over to St Gabriel's church to vote?   Huh?

Obviously you have no clue whatsoever that one house can be in two different election districts.  Election districts PROVE NOTHING

As you are not a property taxpayer, you have NO UNDERSTANDING of property tax maps, the tax maps PROVE EVERYTHING, and tax maps are the OFFICIAL DOCUMENTAITON of the location of a property.

You are so right!

But since the program is quite a FAILURE, the mayor and his cronies come out with the lame a** excuse that they can't keep track of the sales.

I believe I can come up with the 2013 list and many of 2012 list houses as well and it will all prove that the mayor LIED and far from 100% have sold

You really are so wrapped up in your cowardly lies that you have become delusional.

While you can have a polling location outside of polling district, you can NOT have a CITY polling place outside the city.  Furthermore, there are many other maps that clearly show that where the city/town line cuts through the property -- the church, about one-third of the parking lot and the most of the office building are INSIDE the city limits.

Give it up .. you are wrong .. and furthermore .. your cowardly lying statements about me are NOT pertinent to any of the topics.   You are a lying, chicken-sh*t troll who can't admit that he/she is wrong and can't stand it if anyone disagrees with you.  Now - Grow up and get some much needed psychological help.

HA HA HA HA HA HA   Um, really?   That's why people in Long Island were allowed to vote ANYPLACE, IN ANY CITY in New York a few years ago (though not on the machine

And um, again,  when a house lies in both the city AND Rotterdam, would you care to explain where people vote?

but again, the topic of this thread is to state how your lover Gary is a big fat liar, just like you.

So how about addressing the topic of this thread, the FACT that the mayor you love so much is lying in his statements that "almost 100%" of the houses have sold.   DV, do you really believe that "30%" means "almost 100%"

And please address the mayor claim that they can't track the sales of the houses when I have produced the list of all houses on the list in 2014 AND have produced the results of the listings.  So explain how come the mayor has no competent people to do that?????

The FACT is that more people believe that the City-County of Schenectady is heading in the RIGHT direction.
The FACT is than more people believe that the City-County of Schenectady has improved compared to where it was 10 years ago.
The FACT is that more people choose to be positive and optimistic about the future --- AND choose to be an active part in the process of continued improvement.
It is only a tiny majority of eternally negative, misinformed, often down-right nasty persons prone to resorting to pathetic lies and bully-like, personal attacks who cling tired, boorish and boring litany that everything is bad.

Schenectady's present and future is a lot brighter than it was a little more than 10 years ago.  The RENAISSANCE continues.  Long Live the RENAISSANCE!

It isn't a fact unless every single taxpayer was asked.

One of us is a statistician, the other is a preacher of corporate welfare.

Random sampling is not a compilation of facts.

It is an extrapolation.

Without posting the exact questions that were asked, your claims are second hand sampling, skewed to get the desired results.

I just did a survey and 100% of those surveyed said that you are a hypocrite worshiper of wealth, taken by force from the taxpayers.

Jesus is reading every hate filled word that you post.

You display outrage at those who oppose taking money from homeowners and giving it to the rich, in the form of corporate welfare.

That is not a Christian value.

Apparently, the nayboobs can't stand that most people disagree with them.  The nayboobs can't stand it when people prefer to remain positive, confident and optimistic.

Most people weren't asked their opinion.

You are a fine example of how ignorant former Sienna college students are.

Schenectady would be bankrupt already if they didn't fabricate false values during the reassessment.

Positive confident optimism can't erase decades of corporate welfare spending.

Taxes are still going up.

Services for the taxpayers are still going down.

You support continuing this road to thousands of people's homes being taken for the glory of your downtown corporate lords.

The FACT is than more people believe that the City of Schenectady has improved compared to where it was 10 years ago.
!

Really?

Explain how.

Improved?   Tell us what has happened to the tax base.  Do you have the GUTS to answer that?

Improved?   While home values are increasing outside of the city of Schenectady, can you tell us about home values IN the city, or are you too embarrassed to provide an answer to that?

Improved?   Tell us about the numbers of home sales.   Can you do that?

Improved?   Tell us about the home sale prices?

Improved?   Tell us about the direction of the home sale prices compared to other cities and towns around here.

Improved?   Tell us about the tax BILLS.  You are the biggest coward on earth as proven by the FACT that you will NOT state what has happened to the tax BILLS.

Improved?   While every other city and almost every town around declares an emergency and plows well, tell us when the last time the city of Schenectady had a snow emergency -- an ESSENTIAL SERVICE to the NEIGHBORHOODS.

Improved?   Tell us about all the potholes in the streets in the neighborhoods in the SUMMER months.

Improved?   Tell us how many lane miles of streets in the city get paved every year.

Improved?   Tell us about the numbers of tax foreclosures now.

Improved?   Tell us about the numbers of homeowners who have fled their homes before their homes sell.

Improved?   Tell us, then, why does it take two years for beautiful houses to sell at 30%, 40% less than the assessment value.  Tell us why sellers have to constantly reduce their asking price.

By the way, again, a few years ago you stated that the county taxes were lower now than in the 1970's.  Do you have even one teeny weeny shred of EVIDENCE to support your statement?

Naturally, we who actually are taxpayers and are intelligent and completely and totally understand taxes, assessments, services to residents, taxes and the like know full well that you will NOT answer the questions above.  You will either just your "yawn" or state that the city is improving without citing what is improving.

Yes DV. there are improvements to the city -- improvements to the bank accounts of the millionaire developers downtown and thanks to the kickbacks from these millionaires, the wallets of the city/co/plex leadership is improving.

And DV, how about addressing the topic of this thread, THAT THE MAYOR LIED about what percent of his homes program houses have sold.  DO YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO ANSWER THAT?

Naturally the BIG (in more ways than one) COWARD DV will NOT address the EVIDENCE that the mayor lied.

Post a fact that shows where Schenectady is even one dollar ahead of where they would have been without dumping a quarter billion dollars into downtown.

You post selected opinions as proof.

Taxes have doubled.

Tax exemptions for millionaires has quadrupled.

You are the biggest supporter of welfare in the entire county.

Shake them pom poms!

Your plan to use optimism to pay our way out of near bankruptcy has never worked since the beginning of time.

Tax and spend.

Tax and spend.

Tax and spend.

Lying?

YOU claim I am lying.   Do you have the GUTS to list what lies I'm telling?

Yes, as L4L says, you post YOUR OPINIONS, but opinions are NOT FACT.

I post FACTS.  I post TRUTHS.   I provide EVIDENCE.

SO, where is YOUR EVIDENCE?

By the way, L4L, I believe a slight addition is needed of your statement is needed:

"Post a fact that shows where Schenectady is even one dollar ahead of where they would have been without dumping a quarter billion dollars--MOSTLY TAXPAYER DOLLARS--into downtown..."
