I wouldn't dream of buying any of property IN the city.  WHO would EVER want to buy and lose money, ANYONE with an ounce of financial literacy would never buy a property that falls in value.

Those with fiscal literacy only purchase property with grants and tax exemptions that put you at an advantage against your competitors.  Or like the casino, a guaranteed monopoly in that market with the use of state licensing.  Fiscal literacy means stacking the deck in your favor using political cronyism.

Why would a nursing/rehabilitation facility need  LICENSE ?  You dont need one to take care of mom and dad at home.
Why does a doctor, nurse , or therapist need a license ?...... you tell me.

I know...illegal gambling is a victimless crime, right.....
EEEHHHHHHHHHHH!
YOU ARE THE VICTIM; I'M THE VICTIM; every law abiding taxpayer IS THE VICTIM!!!

DV do you even have the guts to list here what are our lies?   And provide the EVIDENCE that proves the things we have written are lies.

Naturally, you will NOT respond, at least not with a list and evidence

Watch, just the customary "yawn" when DV can't disprove our statements

Yes as far as businesses.

Most people with financial sense would NEVER buy a house in Schenectady city since the property values have been falling faithfully every year, the tax base falls every year and taxes rise.   But of course there are some residential owners who buy because they are political cronies of the city/plex leaders and get things like taxpayer funded mortgages with no interest rate and no repayment schedule required and then have the nerve to never pay taxes and the city looks the other way and allows them to keep their homes.

Actually, maybe DV does have some financial sense, since he avoids purchasing a house IN the city, he even avoids living IN the city like the plague.
