What are you doing about it?
   Bitching about it in cyberspace...
   not discussing it in public...
   doing nothing of usefulness...
   continually whining!!!!

Not discussing in public?  Of course I discuss it in public.  You think I only have these conversations in cyberspace?  watch the news, look at ferguson, look at NYC.  People are just now beginning to see the violent nature of the police.  This isn't just a phenomenon in inner city or for African Americans. And people are not waiting for the next election to resolve it.  Minds are changing.  The violent nature of the state is now being realized, and it didn't happen because of a vote.

I'll continue to whine, and you can continue to be a state apologist and suggest people leave if they don't like it, or vote for a different criminal political party.  We'll see whose approach is more effective.

in public....yah, like the gathering you attended with Military present and
you didn't feel it was appropriate....
you'll continue to whine because it's what you luv to do...b**ch and whine and do
nothing positive
apologist...really...where!  luv to see where that is factual.
love it or leave it????  no, questioning why people stay, like you.  You say you do more
than sit in cyberspace, but you are still here...just wondering why. Guess without the miserable
life in the US, you would be bored and have nothing to b**ch about and play your jackass games.

ACLU Calls on Obama to Pardon Bush Officials for Torture

Quoted Text
In the run-up to the release of the Senate’s scathing report on CIA
interrogation techniques, American Civil Liberties Union Director Anthony
Romero called on President Barack Obama to pardon George W. Bush and
Bush administration officials for their hand in allowing those techniques.
Romero argued that a pardon would establish precedent—torture is a crime
that requires a pardon. Without that acknowledgment, he said, there is
little legal pressure preventing techniques like those outlined in the Senate
report from being used again.

Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.) on Thursday called on President Obama to “purge” his administration
of the CIA officials who were involved in the "enhanced interrogation" program detailed in a new
Senate report.

“It’s bad enough to not prosecute these officials but to reward and promote them is incomprehensible,”
Udall said on the Senate floor Wednesday. “The president needs to purge his administration.”

Udall reiterated his call for the resignation of CIA director John Brennan, saying he should no longer
lead the agency because officials hacked into the Intelligence Committee’s computers during their
investigation and deleted a file.

Right Winger Morals (An Oxymoron)

FoxSnooze Bill O'Reilly:
" If I were president, I would authorized waterboarding and other
severe interrogation methods of high ranking captured terrorists.

It is morally correct to protect innocent lives from barbarians.
We are a nation of laws, but we are in a brutal ongoing war. Americans
need to be protected."

Democratic Hypocrisy...
While democratic presidents Roosevelt and Truman were in office, we:
Used flamethrowers to dispense of Japanese personnel
Systematically bombed cities, where NO military targets existed
Dropped Atomic bombs on two Japanese cities, with no Military targets

Experiencing any of those events above is tantamount to torture..
It's all based on your perspective...
Neither party has clean hands....

...and no country has clean hands....but it's still
no excuse, unfortunately. I hate it, understand it,
don't condone it, but realize as long as there are terrorists
and wars, these things will go on above and below the radar.

Is torture by democrats a sin, while torture by republicans is acceptable???
John McCain is a Republican, and opposed to torture of prisoners.  Does he need to
change parties to be anti torture???
