I'm not saying I always support him buy that Hafez who just spoke, see, he is intelligent. He also knows that it is a FACT that homeowners in the "renaissance" city are UNDERWATER ON THEIR MORTGAGES.
He specifically used that term.
He spoke about all the businesses in that neighborhood that closed. I alluded to taxpayer dollars NOT being spent in the neighborhoods.
He is right on!
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
