On many issues, the Blue Dogs were no different than the Republicans who replaced them.  Which is why
Obama with Blue Dogs was not a majority for most of his legislation.

So the democrat majority that rammed through Obamacare by twisting the arms of blue dog democrats, knowing full well that vote would cost them their seat was not a true representation?  Wow!  The honesty you are displaying is refreshing.  Thank you for proving the government doesn't reflect the will of the governed.  The party in control can apply political pressure to their own party members to force them to vote against the true will of their constituents.

Cissy... Is this really the best you can do?  Do you have no other opinion other than twisting mine???

As posted above... many Blue Dogs lost their seats by redistricting shuffling from the GOP.  Many were defeated
by Republican TeaBaggers, or lost in Democrat primaries to 'actual' Democrats.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.
