Didn't know that this board's terms of service mandates that when poster state facts that are negative in nature, or that express opinions of a complaint nature, that the posters are required to provide a solution.

No, there is not a mandate for that. However when a person presents themselves as an advocate for the people, they should at least offer solutions. A REAL advocate would do more than just post here. A REAL advocate would present their findings and concerns in person at council meetings. A REAL advocate would hound the news media with their findings so they are presented to the public.

Look at the gazette and the city in cahoots. The county has a long vacant building that the city could use but instead it seems like the city wants to take taxpayers' money and pay the gazette for rental space.

As to your second paragraph, ok, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that maybe once you let some of the media in on your cut and paste stuff. But. I have yet to see it anywhere. I repeat, anywhere.
Now with your second sentence in that same paragraph you have dug yourself deeper into the no credibility hole you've been digging for yourself, because if you're going to sit here and tell me that the city has been able to silence ALL the media than you're a bigger fool than I thought.
