Where is the publicized list?

Is this something that maybe Chuckie the Clerk was supposed to do but just like he hasn't done his job of posting minutes of council meetings, he must be working on city taxpayer dime campaigning for his wife ( that woman that DV wants to win the senate race).  Come to think of it, how many dogs got registered and how much money did the city collect.

What newspaper did McTHIEF designate for the mandated notice?   Some newspaper hundreds of miles away?

This is an excerpt of the required notice from 1997

Did a pretty thorough search of TU and Gazette.

What newspaper did McC put the state mandated notice in?

Hope everyone on here, including the dem cheerleader, passes this info on to anyone and everyone in the city.  Taxpayers have a birthright entitlement to transparency by their elected leaders and the current dem leaders are hiding more and more as time goes on, starting from the ex mayor of BS who secretively put in a raise for himself

There are foreclosures....but they are NOT all due to high taxation.

we were with some folks this past weekend....and there are MANY that are in foreclosure due to DIVORCE situations!!

TRUTH!!!

So yes taxes are ridiculously high for the sh!thole city....but no all foreclosures are because of them.

Well if you get divorced and you become a one person household, and you can't afford the taxes, then where is your alimony going?   OK, not much in the way of alimony today.   You divorce, you have less income as a one-income-earner household, then you can't afford the taxes, then you put your house up for sale.   Oh wait, your house won't sell.   It won't sell because the taxes are too high.

Gee, not one person ever speaks at the council meetings saying "I'm getting divorced and you (the city) are doing a tax foreclosure of my house.   If many tax foreclosures are due to divorce, how do people, about this?   Nothing in the news?   Is there some "divorcee support group" out there that is talking this, that the city is seizing houses because people are getting divorced?

But the issue of THIS thread was not to question why people can't pay the taxes, the topic is that state law MANATES a certain number of public notices in the newspaper.

Where is this publication for the city of Schenetady?
