I would believe instead it was an OPPORTUNITY rather than EXPRESSION! Looting appears to be an activity that

I'm so terrible posting words of non-violence instead of homicide as tools to help people, instead of blowing up their neighborhoods around the world, or here at home, target the neighborhoods for eradication or public execution.

My property and school taxes are paid in full upon receipt of the notice...monies are
in escrow and paid by mortgage holder....LOL !!!!!!

I pay my taxes out of my income tax refund.

Which means I overpaid my taxes, then used the refund to pay my taxes.
