Millionaires are stealing from the poor through a regressive sales tax, to give it to businesses they will never be able to afford to patronize. The poor are being deprived of money that could buy them necessities like laundry detergent, school supplies, and other taxable goods, so Mallozzi, Mazzone, and Galesi can make more money.

If you let the urban center decline and deteriorate, the rest of the city will go down with it. The most successful efforts to revitalize cities in this country began by reviving the urban center.
