I am endorsing Republican candidates for Governor, U.S, Congress and the State Senate because I believe that these individuals are the BEST choice for the offices that they are running for.
Furthermore, you are deluding yourself if you believe that I only endorse, campaign for and vote for Democrats.  I have endorsed, financially supported, campaigned for and voted for candidates from BOTH political parties.  Members of my extended family have run - and won - elected to public office - some as Republicans and others as Democrats.

You are grossly out of touch with reality if you think for a moment that I am trying to confuse anyone, bury facts, am a "mouth piece" or "puppet" for anyone or any other nefarious thing.  I believe what I believe -- am exercising my constitutional right to express my opinions and will continue to do so - independent of ANY partisan political committee - until the day that I die.

But you are 100% DEMPCRAT when it comes to the city, the county, and Rotterdam.   And it is Those PEOPLE that YOU cheer for who are STEALING from the taxpayers and spending UNCONTROLLABLY.

And the wild spending by the local DEMS on downtown has resulted in MASSIVE REDUCTION of the city's tax base, caused a MASSIVE INCREASE in tax BILLS and huge increase in city tax foreclosures because the homeowners CANNOT AFFORD to be paying for downtown.

You give 100% support for the local dems who are taxing the poor and making the poor pay the taxes of the millionaire property owners downtown and you REFUSE to say one word against it.  You even praise Marcella as a fine upstanding person even though the family is a bunch of TAX DEADBEATS

But of course, we don't expect you to address the FACTS of what is going on in the city.  You have NOI ONCE admitted that 10 years of dem leadership and the wild spending of taxpayer money on downtown has resulted in MASSIVE REDUCTION in the city's tax base.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Walk away = live in misery because your credit is ruined.

Contrary to what DV claimed that Metroplex is a WIN-WIN, the REAL TRUTH is that it is a LOSE-LOSE.

If you stay in the city you live in misery paying ever increasing taxes while your home value falls

If you walk away you will forever live in misery because your credit is ruined.

Walk away = live in misery.   Imagine walking away and never being able to buy a car because your credit is ruined (or you pay 25% interest from some slick car dealer trying to sell to those with bad credit).

Walk away = live in misery.   Imagine if you buy another house elsewhere before you "walk away" from your Schenectady house, and then in your new house, despite paying mortgage on time but when you have an emergency like having to replace your roof or furnace you can't get credit to do so.

Walk away = live in misery.   Imagine walking way and you apply for a job in a couple years and the employer won't hire you because your credit is bad (yes, many employers DO look at your credit history and bad credit can preclude you from getting a job).

Walk away = live in misery.  Imagine walking away but first you find an apartment to rent.  Then a couple year down the road for some reason, you need to move and NO ONE will rent to you because your credit is ruined.

Homeowners in Schenectady are STUCK while Galesi laughs all the way to the bank (and then he can gives hefty campaign donations to those who give him these tax exemptions; and surely because he has so many different company names, he can probably donate under many names)

Marcella is laughing all the way to the bank as well.

Not so easy.

A quit claim deed does NOT absolve the "seller" from paying the mortgage and can haunt the owner in the future because it does not always provide free and clear title.

It can work IF you have a completely paid off house and if taxes are current
