We ALL (well, except one) know what that means.  Taxpayers will be on the hook for fixing up the weigh station, plex and the city will practically give it away and then exempt it from property taxes for decades.  Probably Galesi will buy it IF the taxpayers pay the full bill to fix it up.

Now where is that cheerleader who says the city is in a renaissance?    He claims to like history.  He claims to be self supporting and doing sell.   Does anyone think he would buy it?   Maybe make a Polish restaurant and he might have a side dish of Egyptian pizza.    He wouldn't buy it, heck, he wouldn't drive past the building.

Ah, think of the Pump Station in Albany.   I foresee another TAXPAYER FUNDED gin mill called "The Weigh Station."

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
