City calculates taxes on a house based on $125,000

House goes up for sale May 2013 asking $134,900

Several reductions to asking price, went down to $105,900 in August 2013

No buyers.  Listing removed.

Tries to rent.   No one wants to rent IN the city

This spring, changes realtors and increases the asking price to $109,900    HUH?

House was for sale asking $105,900, no buyers so switch realtors and then ask a price above what no one would pay to begin with?


This week, asking price reduced down to $105,900 again.


Hope she is coming around and maintaining the place.


Wonder if Brucker has learned yet.
