The purpose of the special meeting was to go into Executive Session to discuss a legal matter. You are not going to see a public posting of what went on during an Executive Session. People learn that in Civic 101. |

The purpose of the special meeting was to go into Executive Session to discuss a legal matter. You are not going to see a public posting of what went on during an Executive Session. People learn that in Civic 101.
Executive session = to SECRETLY discuss personnel matter of employees PAID BY THE TAXPAYERS that they don't want the taxpayes to know about. If this has to do with that issue of the cops brutalizing that child and breaking his arm, it should be discussed IN PUBLIC. Just like in Schenectady city they go into executive session to SECRETLY discuss the tax certorari's because the dems are so embarrassed at what they have done, how they have ruined the city, they do not want to discuss the massively falling property values in front of the taxpayers, they don't want to admit their failure in front of the taxpayers on how much the taxpayers have to make up the difference in lost tax revenue from the drop in property values -- tax revenue that the financially struggling homeowners have to make up the difference. |

You need to take Civics 101. It is not "above the law" to go into Executive Session to discuss a legal matter. If you were meeting with your attorney to discuss a legal matter, would you want the meeting to be out in the public? No -- well -- if you had any sense. Once again, the complaints in this thread fall under the category "Same Old Nayboob sh*t -- Just a Different Day." |
