Yes, final is supposed to be published tomorrow. I swear someone we know, can't remember if last year or the year before, got theirs on the Saturday before the 1st. I won't expect to see it on the city website until July 2 at the earliest however, just a crappy delaying tactic. Unless there were so many that the board couldn't keep up, there should be 5,000, but sadly most people don't know they can do it. Maybe you won't even get it until July 3 the mail, that is, the broad, I mean "board" will put the envelopes in the mail after the final pick up tomorrow. Wait, since mail generally takes two days, then the PO gets it on July 2, and it would otherwise reach you on Jully 4 but that's a holiday, so July 5? Interesting. But instead of the mayor looking for ways to reassess the whole city's he's all over the news on TV today bragging about all the work he is doing to fix up the city (dog licenses, code sweeps), but the reporters need to ask how the city got this way. Naturally McThief would blame Al's days, and the word would never reach the people that their taxes have been mis-used and given to millionaires and billionaires. |
