ROTTERDAM, N.Y. – The Rotterdam Police Department is investigating four cases of burglaries in the Colonial Manor neighborhood.
Police said three of the incidents appear to be related and are believed to have occurred on May 28 between 4-5:30 a.m. Entry was gained from the rear of the residences through unlocked doors or windows, according to police.
Police are advising residents to lock the doors and windows of their homes and to keep their property well lit at night.
Residents are encouraged to contact police if they observe any suspicious activity. Anyone with information regarding the burglaries may contact the Rotterdam Police Department at 355-7331.

OMG.......call the troops.....Rotterdam is under attack.....and my guess???....probably people who know what they have inside...
the police should tell what streets are involved........
and people are idiots if they don't close windows and lock doors....even a basement window???....has to be a small person to get thru them....no??????
