Babies shouldn't be in homes of unauthorized drug dealers. The state should bring charges against the parents for endangering the welfare of a child by allowing the baby to stay in the home of a person selling a strictly regulated chemical. There is a war in drugs, so these parent were essentially putting there baby in a war zone, risking the baby's life.

What will happen to the swat officers that threw a grenade into a baby's crib? I'll go out on a limb - NOTHING. The officers safety is more important than the lives of anybody in the house - including babies. The internal investigation report will determine the raid was conducted "by the book". Nobody will be held accountable, no officer will go to jail. American Justice at work.

My concern is for the health and recovery of the child. No agenda like you. I'm not interested in using tragedy to insert biased agendas. Maybe sensitive thoughts and wishes for the child are what should be foremost. Of course everybody wants the baby to recover...but that's out of my hands and in the hands of doctors and God. My deepest sympathies will do nothing to reverse the injuries. But...What we do know, is - who perpetuated this extreme violence against an innocent baby. Where are those people that did it? Do they walk free amongst us? Should they?
