Sarah Palin is a disgrace to the Christian religion.

Faithful America writes:
Quoted Text
“This is what we’ve come to in America: A former candidate for vice-president can equate
torture and Holy Baptism, and one of the nation’s most powerful political lobbies erupts into
cheers and applause.

During a National Rifle Association rally, Palin told a crowd of 13,000 people that
“if I were in charge, they would know that water-boarding is how we baptize terrorists.”
(I'm Glad That The American People Voted To Keep Palin From Being In Charge of ANYTHING!)

To make their point, the organization wants to “show just how many Christians are appalled
by Palin’s twisted misrepresentation of our faith.” So they created a petition that says the following:
Quoted Text
“For Christians, torture is not a joke or a political punchline, but a ghastly reminder of the
suffering of Jesus upon the cross. By equating it with Holy Baptism — the act by which
we are united with Christ in his death and resurrection — Sarah Palin is blasphemously
twisting our faith into a weapon of hatred and violence. No media outlet should cover
her remarks without reporting on how sincere Christians of all theological and political
persuasions are appalled.”

Wish this group felt the same about the Priests and the boys they molested and the hierarchy that covers it up... but there's no political gain in that....
i mean what is worse? A person who TALKS about it and had no way of following through, or people that actively do it and the ones that cover it up?

Torture or child molesting... both are seriously evil... and both should have the same focus
to eliminate them.

Ya, cause our enemies would never think to torture or molest ... women, children, whatever.  They're a peaceful people, that would NEVER do us harm.

We are advised NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.   Funny how that works.

the only enemy is the one that leads other humans around by the nape of their brain stem.....and that's usually by the use of
fear tactics

terrorist attack vs damned to hell

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

But we are talking about people that are doing the child molesting and covering it up, versus someone who is spouting off with no one listening...
And they should have the same focus???
Box. you're hatred for Palin is clouding your judgement...

Cliven Bundy is not my enemy... he's a comedy show with a gun.

I was discussing "torture" and "Child molestation".  Which one do you think is funny?
Which one should the Right be making jokes about?  Which one is serious???

That's for left wing media pundits to decide.  They will tell "us" what is acceptable humor and what is not.

Yes Cissy needs someone to tell him what to think.

We should all think the same.  If someone doesn't tell us what is unacceptable humor, how do we all know what the proper politically correct reaction should be?  It's much easier to go to media matters to find out what I should be outraged over.
