Yep.

Sales during the first 3 months of this year are down by 35% over the same period last year.
Sale prices are up by just under 2% (oh gosh, DV is having an orgasm now, grabbing the pom poms) during the same period
BUT
Sale prices March this year as compared to March last year us down by 6.5%

Lastly  6.4% more homeowners are trying to flee the city the first three months this year over the same period last year.  And of course, that is people who listed their houses for sale, doesn't include those who have just abandoned their houses because they knew they couldn't sell.  Doesn't include the houses the city listed for sale because of the city stealing them from homeowners who just could not pay downtown's taxes.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
