The magazine limit ruling took place back in December with a court decision on the SAFE act
wording.  This doesn't mean that magazine limits won't be enacted in the future.

NYS is fine with 7 children being killed by a rifle, they draw the line at 8+.

So you believe criminals won't put a illegal magazine into their illegal handgun, sorry box but even you have to admit this was targeting law abiding citizens not criminals.

The SAFE Act was recently amended. The amendments include the following changes to the law:

Suspending the requirement that only magazines that can contain 7 rounds or less can
be purchased.
Going forward, magazines can be purchased that can contain up to 10 rounds.
Magazines may only contain up to 7 rounds regardless of their capacity,
unless you are at an incorporated firing range or competition, in which case you may
load your magazine to its full capacity.

Failure to register an assault weapon by the deadline (April 15, 2014) is
punishable as a class A misdemeanor and forfeiture of the weapon.

Hunters should remember that for many years there have been round limitations when it
comes to guns used during hunting.
In New York you may not hunt with a semi-automatic gun that can contain more than
6 rounds unless it uses .22 or .17 caliber rimfire ammunition.

So like I said before criminals you think won't put illegal magazines into their illegal handguns.

I know a few people who bought assault rifles after the safe act was put into place, not 1 will register them. April 15th with be the biggest act of civil disobedience NY has seen in years in response to a unjust law.

Criminals like Adam Lanza??? Oh... wait... he wasn't a criminal till his non criminal
mom supplied her non criminal son, with an AR 15 and 30 round magazines.

BTW, the reason that those 1st graders died from their wounds is because non criminal Mrs Lanza,
owned 30 round magazines and her non criminal
son shot most of the victims multiple times...
Some of those 6 and 7 year olds were shot 11 times each.

I realize that for GunHuggers like Henry, their imagined RIGHT TO OWN 30 ROUND MAGAZINES
outweighs the right of 6 year olds not to be shot 11 times... because Henry NEEDS his large
capacity magazines for his imagined UPCOMING RACE WAR.

When Henry posts about CRIMINALS, he doesn't consider these people CRIMINALS, but the
rest of NY state does.  For Henry, any gun law is an "UNJUST LAW"... just because he
says so.

As the law stands today... What makes you say that it is "UNCONSTITUTIONAL"?
