I guess there is a double standard here for certain businesses that can do business in Schenectady according to McThug and the DEMS benefiting from pocketing campaign money from Quirkly and Mexican. |

So the owners of 'Quirky and Mexican Radio will be living in Schenectady?? HAHAHAHAHAAH!!!
Even the cops know better to live in the City. They know what the real deal is in the neighborhoods and would never pay the taxes to support the failing city.
The downtown business owners are as bad as slumlords, they take advantage of the taxpayer money for their own gain.
Taxpayer supported for-profit businesses will never help the City...they will keep draining the taxbase and bankrupt the middle class for decades to come. |

Hold on to your applause... these 180 jobs are 'expected' to come into the city over the next three years.
Kinda' like Transfinders who promised in 2011 that their staff would double, to 125 employees from the current 54.
In January 2014, they boasted about their profits yet only have 23 more employees.
For the millions in tax breaks, where are the jobs promised?
Where's the 350 GE battery jobs... oh yeah, the $5 million plex dollars only brought 100 jobs. Plus 200 GE jobs left in January.
Come on folks...do the math.

Quirky Execs are scheduled to be in Schenectady this Wednesday and Thursday - stop by their new digs- remember to bring a house warming gift and welcome them to the crime infested city -
It is a good thing Quirky employees take the bus or ride a bike - because I do not know where they would put 180 cars downtown
some of their other benefits are free snacks and a shower
this company will be a perfect fit for downtown |

We don't oppose progress ... we oppose government funded and taxpayer supported for-profit businesses repeated taking away from the prime real estate downtown.
Want to give a company a million dollars to move into Schenectady??? Set them up smack dab in the middle of Hamilton Hill.
Set them up in Bellevue, set them up on Crane street.... stop giving millions to Galesi to move taxpaying businesses into Center City.
The only people Metroplex is helping are the high paid admin like Gillen ..... |
