Per judges ruling...

Good!!!... drop all sports scholarships, give them to students who truly deserve them and pay the athletes to play...and they'll pay tax on those earnings...win win I think

It's the 'sports scholarships' that gives these players the school "employee" status.  Thus the right
to unionize.

What about "full ride" academic Scholarships when they are required to do out of class research??? I worked for a local Engineering University where this was commonplace...

I still say pay them per game/season and drop the sports Scholarship program all together.
