...of the yard waste fee because we don't have trees (and don't use a bag for grass clippings). When neighbors leaves fall over a fence, blow into our yard, would we have the right to dump their leaves on their lawn? Or if neighbors opt out and we have a tree that drops leaves on their lawn, can they come after us for anything?
Just too many complications that could arise form this fee -- the dems on the board obviously didn't think this through.
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
