(1) what about where there is no curb???
(2) if you opt back in do they overspray the opt out paint with another color?
(2a) if they overspray the opt out paint, can't a resident just do that and not opt back in?

I have yet to see a brush and leaf packer on my rural road despite the fact that not all homes have the white square in front of their driveways. Seems like some are just going to pay the $50.00 and never get the services they are paying for. Still seems like some misunderstanding on how to opt out. It should have been an opt in.
