The 2nd amendment in the Constitution protects firearms, there is no such amendment for healthcare, big difference.

The 2nd amendment doesn't forbid 'gun control' and never has.
"Like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited. It is not a right to keep and
carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose."

The US Congress voted for ObamaCare (after watering it down from it's original version) and
the president signed it into law.
Since then the Republican led House has voted to repeal ObamaCare 50 times... every time
ending in failure.

ObamaCare is the law of the land, but it's amazing to watch how many Righties are working
hard to keep affordable health care from American citizens.

Obamacare was voted on against the will of the majority of American citizens. Laws made by Congress can be repealed or modified by the next Congress so don't think that Obamacare in it's present form is permanent.

As posted above:
64 percent of Americans now support ObamaCare or only back small changes.

In November the people will decide how much of Obamacare they want changed. The law has a few good parts but the government control parts will be heading for the trash can. There should also be tort reform in the law and shopping for plans across state lines to encourage competition something the insurance companies don't want.

ObamaCare already allows sales of insurance across state lines, if insurers adhere to strict regulation.
The law prohibits cut rate and cut benefits undercutting state plans.
(It prevents a "race to the bottom")

There's the problem too many government restrictions. Set a standard for a minimal plan that's not geared to fund those who don't pay and let the free market control the price.

that's lawyer talk....not constitution talk....

lawyers and tax collectors are the sheople herders....

and as ACA expands on health/safety/well being, the elderly will have their drivers license removed and their cars will
automatically lock as will those cars with breathalyzers.....

bio-info is a grand tool for control......running much along the lines of designer baby making, with or without baby daddy
but still with those tools for woman/infants/children to use.

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Too many restrictions??? NO a minimum standard in each state.  If you want to do business out of
state, then meet the state's minimum.
This prevents the "Rush To The Bottom" where each company cuts benefits in hopes of grabbing
out of state clients.  The result is sub par insurance.

The delegitimization of post-Jungian analysis provides a context for the nostalgia for pop culture.

I can't wait to use my OBGYN care, mammograms, pap smears, abortion care, and all the rest of the expensive female care that would be impossible to use that Obamacare will force me to pay for. That will also save me a lot of money on my healthcare plan, not. I don't want any government telling me what type of healthcare plan I need whether state or federal, I am quite capable of doing so myself.

that would be segregation...separate but 'equal'....I'm not a fan of national health insurance but to have the 'machine'
set my limits and access based on taxpayers ability to afford isn't right, that's why the government always has those
conversation about which equipment we can afford for our soldiers...look how well their care and equipment works
out for them.....
