2014 House Races Are Already Testing Obamacare As An Election Issue
   | by  DAVID ESPO

CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) — The candidates are Alex Sink, Democrat, and David Jolly, Republican, but Obamacare is on the ballot in a big way in a competitive House race in Florida that offers a preview of the nationwide campaign for Congress this fall.

Republicans and their allies wouldn't have it any other way as they test the issue's potency, even though their candidate may muddle the message, and other issues like Social Security may command a bigger role in deciding the winner.

"Seniors are losing their doctors because of Obamacare... but Alex Sink still supports Obamacare," read one Republican Party mailer in a congressional district where voters over age 60 may cast more than half the ballots.

Because of the health care law "300,000 Floridians will lose their current health plans, $700 billion (was) cut from Medicare for seniors and now nonpartisan government analysts say Obamacare will cost our economy up to 2.5 million jobs," says an ad paid for by the National Republican Congressional Committee. "Yet Alex Sink still supports it."

Sitting in a sparsely furnished room in her campaign office, Sink says of Republicans, "I guess they believe" it will work. "That's their signature issue in this election cycle.".......................>>>>....................>>>>.............http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/02/22/2014-house-races-obamacare_n_4839219.html

They're running from this like the plague!

We are advised NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.   Funny how that works.

they're running TO it...why? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

both parties agree on national healthcare/insurance.......public health policies all created from computer algorithms and
investment portfolios......

the issue is that it got tagged 'obamacare' as if it was a different animal than it really is.

the label obamacare is a DIVERSION

the REPS want it just as much as the DEMS....show me the $$$$ trail that doesn't lead to either party.....no different than
the 'consolidation gangsters' of NY

the US is moving toward a monarchy and old world authoritarian government......'I'd like to teach the world to sing in perfect
harmony'....it's coming.

Now they’re switching strategies, casting themselves as crusaders out to repair a broken law.

They call the law “imperfect” and “flawed.”

it still will exist.....it's still the goal....the REPS like the $$$ ride too.....they pretend to hate it.....

LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!

$600 a year is how much somebody else pays for each woman's birth control.  Must be nice to save money on somebody else's dime...Oh yeah, I'm talking to Veteran's Tax Exemption boy, he knows all about saving his money by having somebody else pay.

if a man has to pay for condoms why shouldn't a woman have to pay for birth control pills????????

for that matter...birth control and viagra shouldn't be covered under insurance.........

women should remember that having insurance pay for it also makes them in charge of you and 'your health'....you have to follow
their rules/regulations and sub standards.....

it's your choice until you let someone else foot the bill......slavery comes in many forms....

the insurance company doesn't come between you and your doctor, but it is from the 'round table' of experts from MD's that
work at both insurance companies and medical practices that make the regulations that the insurance companies are required to
uphold for 'safety in medicine' based on what is regulated/legislated by committees.....

you think the MD speaks of their own free will? they have regulation and protocol to follow.....

actuarial science is used here....so that 'sh!tty' medicine isn't practiced.....it's called safety....just like car insurance rates car
safety standards/protocols etc.....

the insurance company is the 3rd person in your health 'care' marriage bed.....think not otherwise.....

I guess misogyny is when you point out who pays for woman's birth control.

It didn't save the woman money, it was money given to buy birth control.  It's not complicated.
