Again I say YET AGAIN!!! TWICE IN ONE THREAD!!! CICERO IS CALLING FOR GOVT REGULATION AND TESTING BY GOVERNMENT PHYSICIANS!!!
Hmmm...I'm having trouble finding where I said the government tests it. I think I said the recipient is responsible for having it tested. |

In a sane world, that would be the responsibility of the sperm recipient to make sure the bodily fluids they are receiving is clean. In that case, before anybody has sex, they must be tested by a state physician to make sure they meet government regulations.
In Response #10 you specifically said: 1. they must be tested by a state physician. Not a private physician but a GOVERNMENT Physician!2. Further you demanded that they meet GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.Quite a change of direction from a guy who wanted all govt abolished to now having sperm tested by GOVERNMENT DOCTORS and require GOVERNMENT SPERM STANDARDS!!! |

Oh, you didn't read in context. My statement was in response to the Kansas judge requiring test for sperm donors. My comment was to implement the laws equally and testing natural sperm donors. I said they may as well test people before having sex to regulate natural sperm donation if they are regulating artificial insemination. Maybe you support that. |

Hypocrites all. Okay- only libbie and sissiero and henry in this thread (and their buddies senders and christine in others). Funny how they complain about the government. Yet those of us who are productive members of the workforce support these lazy fuuhhks who do nothing but spend all day everyday in the basement on their mom's computer. By the way "guys"- you are gutless turds who would rather push buttons all day instead of actually doing something for the country or actually doing something to make the changes you think the country needs. I guess you "guys" have found your special purpose- comic reliefs of these forums. |

Puleeeze show us where in the article it says this! What I read is: "Shawnee County District Court Judge Mary Mattivi said on Wednesday that Marotta failed to conform to Kansas law, which says a licensed physician must be involved in an artificial insemination process" |

I suggest you re-read the post and maybe try reading the whole article, too. Your statement remains totally false and misleading:
My statement was in response to the Kansas judge requiring test for sperm donors.
WRONG!!!!!!TRUTH is: "Shawnee County District Court Judge Mary Mattivi said on Wednesday that Marotta failed to conform to Kansas law, which says a licensed physician must be involved in an artificial insemination process"The Judge didn't require any testing...he is enforcing Kansas law that requires insemination to be performed by a Physician. The Physician would also test for diseases. See, you prove it every time that I can explain it to you but I cannot understand it for you!!!!! |

No other person has the right to tell any man what to do with their body. No one has the right to tell any man he should get prostate checks, colonoscopies, or even have a ruptured appendix removed.
Women have the same rights with their biological function of their bodies. Which includes, to continue a pregnancy or not.
Why is this so tough for senders and her ultra conservative buddies to understand? |

Quoted Text
Though a physician would have tested the sperm for sexually transmitted diseases and certain genetic disorders, there are disincentives associated with going through a physician.
Judge says licensed physician must be involved in the artificial insemination process, and STATE MANDATED LICENSED PHYSICIAN would have tested for STD's. I just suggested why not require licensed physicians and testing for STD before every natural insemination. Joey, you are arguing against your own words. |

Not being a loyalist Liberal does not make a person an Ultra Conservative in reality.
I totally agree that no one, especially the government, should be telling a man or a woman anything regarding their bodies.
Your body is your to do with as you please.
No laws should exist restricting that right.
No abortion laws should exist.
No laws requiring a licensed government person be used for artificial insemination, should exist. |

I'm sure getting a laugh out of the same things you post over and over, if this is the best you can do you might as well pack it in sheriff. I rebutted a number of your opinions and instead of responding with facts you resort to attacks, a sign of someone who is not prepared to deal with someone who can hold their own. We seen it here before and I'm sure we will see your kind in the future |

Joey, you are arguing against your own words.
Because you twist words instead of allowing the written word to stand for itself. Your statement of what the judge said is simply wrong, but you are trying to justify it. You now say you are "suggesting"....what a crock of crap. |
