This is an old article, but it has come up in the news again, because there are a number of lawsuits being filed currently, with murky origins, to stop the state government's actions against these agencies. I'm wondering, will this affect Schenectady, somewhere down the road, as a result of the court decisions?
I'm really kind of surprised by Jerry Brown. In a good way. Democrats are usually just fine with crony capitalism disguised as 'revitalization', just as much as Republicans.
