More Right Wing Crazy!
Quoted Text
Christian American Patriots Militia leader: "We now have authority to shoot Obama"
“We now have authority to shoot Obama, i.e., to kill him, His willful violations and alienation of our Constitution, constant disregard for our peaceful protests and corruption of all the three branches of government, (i.e., rogue and illegitimate government), reveal the dictator that he is. Obama and his co-conspirators disrespect our Constitution (constitutional rule of law) and abuse the American people.”
“The authority to kill Obama comes from the 2nd Amendment of our Constitution: He is levying war on the United States and aiding and comforting our foreign enemies – the 2nd Amendment gives us the right and duty (authority) to engage an enemy of the United States that does so with the design to reduce us under absolute Despotism. I would be very surprised, if Obama does not leave Washington DC today (Nov. 19th) … never to return, if he is not dead within the month.”
Much like the Sovereign Citizen Terrorists and the "I make up my own laws" Mountain Freak, if the laws don't fit their agenda... make up new laws! |

Yet More Right Wing Crazy!(there seems to be no shortage! ) If you can't beat Obama in two consecutive elections and you're a Rabid Right Winger... Just make up some claim to your 'authority' to remove the President by force!
Quoted Text
Impeachment in this case is not called for since that procedure only applies to officers that are lawfully seated and must be removed. Since Obama has never held his office lawfully according to the qualifications required by the Constitution, his actions while committing his usurpations are not binding on the people of this Republic and there is no legitimate immunity for his actions in office. His signature is invalid on any document he signed and his nominations and appointments are equally so. Everything he’s touched officially since entering office has no validity of law… he must be removed as the criminal he is.
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” — Constitution, Article II, paragraph 5.

Nice try redirecting the thread but the fact remains this man was arrested for trying to feed himself, so much for the compassionate left box always tries to spin his side as Now the courts will waste thousands of our dollars trying to make a point, if the guy was clearing out the lake with nets then I would say go after him but that was not the case. The government would rather have him sucking the tax payers tit then to try to be self reliant without assistance, as I posted before the government has declared all of America the "Royal Forest". |

The so called "mountain man" (a personal hero of anarchists) decides which laws apply to him and which ones don't. When they don't... he makes up some bat$hit crazy excuse that he is "A Living Man"! LMAO! He is a "Living Freeloader". Much like the 'domestic terrorists' who (all on their own) decided that Obama is not a legally elected president... SO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHOOT HIM! "If the laws don't fit the agenda... make up new laws"! Pathetic! |

ETYMOLOGY The word "Anarchy" comes from the ancient Greek ἀναρχία, anarchia, from ἀν an, " not, without" + ἀρχός arkhos, "ruler", meaning "absence of a leader", "without rulers").[8] |

Dictionary.com: anarchist: 1. a person who advocates or believes in anarchy or anarchism. 2. a person who seeks to overturn by violence all constituted forms and institutions of society and government, with no purpose of establishing any other system of order in the place of that destroyed. 3. a person who promotes disorder or excites revolt against any established rule, law, or custom. (Kinda sounds like some posters on this board! ) |

Not according to the dictionary, but Cicero has a major problem with 'authority' and he probably won't accept the definition of a dictionary either. Why not just make up your own definitions like you did with Fascist? So according to Cicero, a man who loses his ruler is an anarchist? Hows he every going to measure anythng! |

Tertelgte’s remarks seemingly mirror the rhetoric used by members of the “Sovereign Citizens Movement,” which supporters argue that they alone can decide which laws to obey and which to ignore. The Southern Poverty Law Center has reported that “sovereigns” believe that the American government “was secretly replaced by a new government system based on admiralty law, the law of the sea and international commerce. Under common law, or so they believe, the sovereigns would be free men. Under admiralty law, they are slaves, and secret government forces have a vested interest in keeping them that way.”

Tertelgte found guilty by jury
Quoted Text
A Manhattan man was found guilty on two charges related to fishing without a license today in a trial that saw him being removed early in the trial in handcuffs.
Ernie Tertelgte, 52, represented himself against misdemeanor charges of obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest. Tertelgte faced a jury trial for two charges related to fishing without a license.
Before the jury was even selected, the 52-year-old man was removed from the courtroom after he objected multiple times to the proceedings.
Tertelgte then watched the court proceedings from a nearby room via video and remained handcuffed.
The charges against him stem from an Aug. 31 incident which a state game warden attempted to cite Tertelgte for fishing without a license at the Three Forks Pond, which is a state-managed area.
In court, FWP warden Adam Pankratz said Tertelgte refused to give him his name when approached. He was fishing with his 11-year-old son that day and the warden told the court he and a Three Forks police officer repeatedly tried to stop the situation from escalating, but Tertelgte refused to comply.
Tertelgte did not get a chance to cross examine witnesses.
Tertelgte was fined $150.

"Sovereign citizen" is contradiction. You can't be sovereign and a citizen. It's a state created boogeyman. The state is targeting dissenters. |
