They are saying he had a assault weapon, since those are illegal in California there is no way he could have had access to one...thus inside job. That is unless this guy didn't obey the gun laws but we all know that would never happen, criminals always obey gun laws put into place.

What I was trying to show is possible misinformation from different sources. This is typical and happens all the time when news breaks...and we all know that had have discussed these inaccuracies many times.
PS - Not sure what California considers assault weapons....if it was NY and it had thumb hole stock, then it would have been considered assault weapon under new law.

The picture of the gun I seen looks to be a AR-15 style rifle, that in California would be considered a assault rifle. Now they're saying the shooter was not a TSA employee which is what was being said earlier on.

Just about the same damage as any other hunting round, if I showed a picture of this M14 95% of people would think it was just a hunting rifle which anyone should be able to own.
But toss on some tacticool accessories and all a sudden its a more deadly weapon which should be banned
