The Right Wing Militia "OathCreapers" are now going to set up armed militia in your neighborhood.  They
are 'sworn' to not follow US law but instead, they will determine if they think a law is constitutional, then
enforce that law as they see fit.

Quoted Text
"We are basing this on the Special Forces model, which has a twelve man “A team” of specially
trained soldiers who are inserted into a community to train and lead that community in resistance
to "oppressive regimes" (Obama).

I've warned this board about this group and how it is working it's way into local law enforcement for
the purpose of taking over our govt.

It's your FREEDOM.  Do nothing and you will lose it.

Don't believe me... see the OathCreapers for yourself:

boogieman is coming and the new McCarthyites are Box and his leftist pals who want to quash dissent and discussion.

"Are you or have you ever been a member of (fill in)-Oathkeepers/NRA.Catholic Church/Right to Life Committee/Federalist Society/Heritage Foundation/Tea Party/Republican Party" Then you are blacklisted and of course we know how that goes.

Sieg Heil, huh Box?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

An OathCreaper team will consist of:

Quoted Text
Two communications experts.
Two Medics.
Two Combat Engineers  (explosives experts)
Two weapons experts.
An Operations NCO.
An Assistant Operations NCO who also does intelligence.
A commanding officer, and his assistant commanding officer.

The Gestapo would be proud!

Is this what you want wandering around your neighborhood?
Do these military vigilantes represent you???
Remember, they don't uphold US Law... They uphold the law as THEY SEE FIT.
They are sworn NOT TO UPHOLD THE US CONSTITUTION, but instead they swear to interpret
the US Constitution as they see it.

All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing

Do nothing and you will lose your freedom.

Barack Obama isn't even following his own law(obamacare).  Ya see, the Oathkeepers are following suit, you only follow the laws you agree with.  Barry doesn't follow or enforce immigration law, or his own health insurance law.  I guess this is, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Barack is a vigilante, he decides which part of the laws HE determines should be enforced and who it gets enforced on.

Many OathCreapers are former members of The US Military.  As such they have taken an oath that doesn't
expire when the leave active military:

Quoted Text
I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the
United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance
to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the
orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military
Justice. So help me God.

The OathCreapers are telling you to denounce the oath that you took when you became a soldier,
sailor, airman or marine.

They contend that you and only you should decide what is or isn't Constitutional.  OathCreapers obey
their OPINION of the US Constitution... OathCreapers decide what IS and what IS NOT Constitutional.

If they decide that your backyard is where they want to set up their command post.... what are you
going to do about it?  Call the police?  many of them ARE THE POLICE.

All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing

Every Supreme Court decision is an opinion box.  How many 9-0 supreme court rulings do you see?

Cops use their personal judgement of which laws they enforce, why is this different?

The Oath Keepers have sworn an oath to follow the laws as set forth in the Constitution, that must scare the hell out of the liberal progressives as they hate the Constitution because it prevents them from enacting much of their agenda.

Not exactly Shadow.  The Oath Keepers have sworn to follow their OPINION of the US Constitution.
That can mean what ever they want it to be.
They disregard every legal interpretation of the Constitution.  Miranda Rights?  Nope... not if they
don't agree.
Unlawful search and seizure?  Not if it fits THEIR view of the US Constitution.

OathCreapers make up their own version of the Constitution.  The supreme court... Legal precedent...
Your Rights... it's up to their OPINION, not established law.

Box is panicking.  He has his enemies list prepared.  Everybody is suspicious.  He will turn in his neighbor that he's known for 30 years, for flying the Gadsen Flag.  Little does he know, the useful idiots that support the regime are the first to be crushed once they become disillusioned and finally see what has happened.

Ron Paul wanted a constitutional government, and the media tries to make him out to be a fringe flake. Never mind that he's been a sitting congressm an, he's been mocked and vilified as some sort of anti-government loon. Bush stripped away many American rights, Obama is following along with that plan, and we still have people arguing about Dems vs. Reps.
You don't think people who post on this board concern themselves with the actions of government, police in particular?

Oh please... don't bring up the Gadsden Flag again...

First of all, Miranda rights are not a constitutional guarantee, it's a formality.  The constitution IS your Miranda right.  I don't need them read to me to reiterate what I already know.

Second, in the past you told me that soldiers used their own judgement and decide not to follow illegal orders(which mean it violates the constitution), but now they are incapable of making that same judgement in the civilian world?

Ron Paul has been selling his anti govt crap for years.  America isn't buying.  Paul did everything in his power
to get his message out, and he was mostly successful.  America heard it... laughed... and disregarded
everything he said as nuts.

Paul has his following... the Ron Paul groupies who consider his word to be sacred, but other than that
fringe group... Paul couldn't attract 1% of the American people to his cause.

Less than 1%?  Yea, that's a FRINGE GROUP!

No Cicero, I never told you any such thing.
Why do you start with a Straw Man when you know that it weakens your argument?
Cicero's Claim:
"in the past you told me that soldiers used their own judgement and decide not to follow illegal orders"
My actual view:
"Marines are required to disobey an order that they KNOW to be illegal."

Big difference huh?
If youre going to quote me, then at least be accurate.  I don't think that Cicero made a mistake or
a misquote... Cicero's only tool in his toolbox is a Straw Man... with out it he has no argument at all.
