People not having health care, people blame everyone except the ones who caused all the
problems, the lawmakers that regulated business and the entire health industry.

Almost every problem in America is a direct result of not using the Bill Of Rights and the
Constitution to limit lawmakers.

75% of all laws are unconstitutional or against the wishes of the founding fathers, as they
intended lawmaking to be limited and guided by them. They pass laws every day redistributing
the collective wealth, they provide mafia style protection from competition and totally crushed
the concept of free trade.

I don't blame the corporations that expertly learned to used the redistribution system.

I don't blame the police, the military or even the tax collectors, they are unable to act
independently outside the rules set forth by the ignorant lawmakers, who enact laws
favoring one party over the next.

All you need is the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights to be honored and clearly not be
infringed by any legislation.

I blame the voters for voting for their favorite entitlement wielding Santa Claus.

Everyone votes for their own candidate that will bring favoritism their way.

People are so far under the government entitlement chains of slavery, they can
no longer see that democracy has allowed majority rule to crush and trample the
rights of the people and trash the Constitution for their own newly legislated
entitled favoritism.

We need Libertarians in office to do away with bad laws that redistribute wealth
and restrict rights , disallowing everyone from playing on a fair and even field.

And gun smuggling from boarder countries?  You know, like fast and furious, just in reverse.

We do such a good job preventing illegal drugs from crossing the boarder.  It's nearly impossible to buy black market drugs in American after the outright prohibition of them.

Yes, just like federal drug laws, I fear that they will work.  30+ years of success.  

Even the highly regulated and controlled perscription drugs are now becoming a growing problem on the black market.  
So I give you examples of federal prohibition and strict regulations of drugs, but they both seem ineffective at preventing people from getting them.  Guns will be different though.

The Federal Government did a background check on the Navy yard shooter and then gave him top secret clearance, the government does such a good job with everything they handle.

If a criminal won't obey the laws on the books now how would a new law stop it, answer is they won't. What you suggest would only target the people who would go through the legal means but it would only make them jump more hurdles. In fact law abiding citizens are now having to go against laws like the Safe Act because it is making their hobby almost impossible to enjoy. Sheriffs in NY are openly stating they will not enforce it because (their words) they fear a revolt could ensue.

The people pass laws through their legislatures, what a joke that is. If that were the case then every major bill should be voted on by we the people on election day. Did you vote for your legislatures pay raises? How about their exemption to Obamacare, did you vote for that. Do you remember how the Safe Act was passed box, if not don't comment on it. The people had no time to contact their reps and it was voted on with very short notice. And those who won't obey it come in all political directions, right, left, and center, I talked to enough people about it to know what people think of it. You will see the fail of it soon box when the deadline for registering the guns is non-existent, nobody I know or talked to said they're going to be registering sh*t with the state, that is the attitude of the PEOPLE, not your little twinkle toed group you hang out with.
