Same can be said for Muslims or any religion, because many times children are raised in that belief system without choice, and their actions my reflect the teachings of an extreme religious leader. These functions are not the only reasons or duties of the police.
The point I was trying to make to GB was that hating them and wishing them illness or death is no way to correct the concerns.
