Ranaud and partner owned the property last I heard. And that don't really matter much. The only positive to this whole move is that everyone knew that this 'central dispatch' had to land somewhere in the county. It appears that this location is the best fit. The scum from SCUMnectady is slowly oozing into ROTTENdam. The hamburg street area can still be sheltered from this IF they do not build it up like altamont ave. Honestly....this is a much better choice than big box retail. That is just another draw for increased foot traffic...aka drugs/prostitution.  There are already sightings of drug deals going on just a little ways past the new county dispatch building. Perhaps this will push them back to SCUMnectady from where they came. imho

if the law can't push them back...then who can...??????? be real BT

pack 'em up, put 'em on a few acres with a well, some chickens and some sheep and pigs......and have habitat for humanity
build some REAL homes of ownership......

seems Ole' Skippy was in the Supervisor's Office begging for forgiveness because according to the assessors office a garage appeared on his property for which no building permit was on file

No, the Town Council voted that down.  Highbridge Development bought the property from the private owner and is leasing the new building being built to the County for Central Dispatch.  So, now, Highbridge Development will make the money from the County.
