Nah, he's just resurrecting an political trick to instill fear in the public. Fear prevents rational thought. Most of the people I talk to are laughing at this warning. The best part is, everytime Bush used the terror alert, democrats said he was using national security threats to change the debate when the democrats were going after Bush for warrantless wiretapping.
