Oh and the PSA is now been made private, must be something the anti-gunners didn't want to be seen yet.

From Snopes.com:
While the video was presented as an official public service announcement from an established, reputable anti-gun
organization, there is no evidence this short film was produced by any recognized advocacy group. The credits at
the end of the "PSA" state the film was produced by an individual, Bethanny Line, rather than an organization.
Furthermore, when The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence asked Rejina Sincic about who was behind the video, the
filmmaker responded the film was self-funded:

politicians are 'self funded' too.....who cares.....but I will tell you that MD's are required to ask kids if there are guns in the home
and they are to collect this info for the government.....bizarro isn't it?

No matter what group or person paid for it, it was produced, and no matter who did it their intent was to suggest that a child take a gun from his parents and "turn it in" to someone else. As noted in a statement from Alan Gottlieb, Chairman of the Citizens Committee for the Right to Bear Arms on the Snopes.com page this child would be guilty of several crimes including some felonies.

Quoted Text
Alan Gottlieb, Chairman of the Citizens Committee for the Right to Bear Arms, called the video a "public disservice announcement" in a press release on 23 December 2014:
The series of crimes depicted in this video is simply astonishing. We're talking about felony theft of a firearm, illegal possession of a handgun by a minor, having a gun in a school, illegal concealed carry by a minor, brandishing and maybe one or two other crimes, depending upon the jurisdiction.

The fact that the gun appears to be a very real-looking BB pistol is not the point. The scenario obviously depicts what some youngster should do with a real handgun. Besides, even bringing a BB gun to school is against the law, and at the very least, the boy in this video would wind up being arrested and face felony charges.

We understand from published reports that angry messages have been showing up on this company's Facebook page and rightly so. The message of this video is so monumentally stupid that if any youth does something like this after watching it, the producers should face charges. If someone is hurt, they should face both criminal and civil liability.

This video isn't a public service announcement but a public dis-service and the producers ought to be ashamed.

There are extremist nut cases on both sides, just like in any hot button social or moral argument whether it be Guns, abortion, the death penalty....etc some people just don't think before they open their mouths or in this case make a PSA.

Some one who I know is a transplant to a Red State for the Winter months. He is lives in the boonies and is used to
hunters and guns in his area... but nothing like this:

~From last night, New Years Eve, he says his neighbors are all shooting off their firearms.  It's a populated area and the idiot
across the street lives 50 feet from a busy road.~
Later
~He says his neighbor is still BLARING music, shooting off fireworks, and firing his semi-automatic weapon.~
Later
~His neighbor is either out of ammo or maybe he managed to shoot himself.~
~Just before 1AM, his neighbor just fired off 5 rounds from his semi auto rifle. ~

GunHuggers huh!  They are all came out of the same box!

That's funny because I didn't get drunk blast music or fire off any weapons on new years eve or day. Maybe your friend lives near some whack job redneck alcoholic. This might be a better definition of the person you are referring too here.

Yea, you might chalk this up to one lone deranged redneck gunhugger, except this yahoo behavior is common in this state.
He and his neighbors report that you can hear gunshots any time of the day or night there.  Again, this isn't rural or country
or a high crime area.

Georgia's New Gun's Everywhere Law Is Off To A Good Start!
(See?  GunHuggers.  They all came out of the same deranged box.)

A "misunderstanding" between two armed men in a Georgia convenience store led to an arrest on the very
day that the state's new expansive gun rights law went into effect, according to The Valdosta Daily Times.

Valdosta Police Chief Brian Childress summed the incident up for the newspaper.

“Essentially, it involved one customer with a gun on his hip when a second customer entered with a gun on
his hip," Childress said.

According to the Daily Times, the first man, Ronald Williams, approached the second man in the store and
demanded to see his identification and firearms license. Williams also pulled his gun from his holster, without
pointing it at the second man. The second man responded by saying that he was not obligated to show any
permits or identification -- then he paid for his purchase, left the store, and called the police.

Police responded to the call around 3 p.m. Tuesday, and Williams was arrested on a charge of disorderly
conduct for pulling his gun in the store

So are you for or against the Mumford Act? Who were the blacks supposed to go to for help if not the police, it seemed they learned protecting themselves was the smartest option. Looking forward to today you can still see the dangers of not being able to protect yourself from the police and the crooked laws they enforce.

As I figured dodge the question, so who were blacks supposed to go to for help, if cops wouldn't help them and in fact were the problem as your picture states what were they supposed to do. Arming themselves seemed like their last ditch effort to protect themselves since the government and the police failed them.
