He hikes the taxes on the city homeowners in order to give out tax exemptions to his millionaire political cronies, and he does it without the homeowners voting on allowing him to do it. And your DEM buddies on the city council and county also allow this without the consent of the homeowners, without the homeowners voting on it, without even the homeowners knowing this has been done to them.
