Nothing is Obama's fault...he's a mere passenger on an empire on the decline. He only intervened in Libya when the military was suppressing their revolt. If anything, he's inconsistent when using US military power to stop military suppression.
So lets see, the US toppled Iraq and Afghanistan violently, assisted the "rebels" in Libya with military support to overthrow Gadaffi, is arming the "rebels" in Syria to help overthrow Assad, have economic sanctions on Iran, stood by as Turkey suppressed their civil unrest, stood by while the Tunisian government suppressed a popular revolt, stood by while Egypt has a military coup and now using their military(funded with $1.3 BILLION in aid) to exile a political party, and are continually bombing Pakistan, Yemen, Algeria, and Somalia with drones.
Yup, I don't see how the commander and chief could be held responsible for any of the turmoil taking place in the Middle East. If this isn't a world war, I'd like to know how many nations do you have to be at war with to be considered a world war?
It was said that Saddam was going to change from the fiat monopoly money Petrodollar to the Euro to buy his oil. It was also said that Libya was only going to accept gold for theirs. In a country that runs on fake made from thin air money, the USA knew that if the world stopped accepting its monopoly money for commodities, the dollar would fail as the world's reserve currency and a country like China would move in and become the new global player.
