Actually I have helped people who were being harassed and robbed before, one example is a scumbag who went into the better neighborhoods office and grabbed the ladies pocket book, I ended up trapping him in a fenced in area and recovered her belongings. Guess who wasn't there to stop the crime or get her stuff back, those who you would of called instead of stepping up like a man.
I see this was ignored by those who felt you wouldn't help someone, not surprised.
