And what is the right way, our representatives are using their power to challenge a law many disagree with, that is how it is done box.

It's apparently very difficult for representatives to challenge a law ......... when they in fact support it!!!

don't fall for the rhetorical hype!!!!

Thank god we have progressed since those day... just as today the "WE" is changing
the law
s about gay marriage, abortion and universal health care.

Of course, nothing can exist without a law dictating it.

Marriage, abortion and health care are personal matters.

Not government granted rights to be regulated and enforced.

Yes, and we will progress past the days of ...  And box will stand proud and say 'I fought hard to
convince my fellow Americans to accept their enslavement'.

Just as he stands proud still trying to convince himself and everyone else that he fought hard to
convince the Viet Namese to accept their "almost" enslavement by the US.

Honeslty....nobody really gives a sh!t anymore!! Obviously the sheople will fall for ANYTHING.....and we can count on them to do it over and over and over again!!!

The rest of the 'informed', 'educated', 'independent minded' folks.....know the SCAM for what it is and are making their own provisions!

The affordable care act is for the stupid sheople that go to the emergency room for a 'sniffle' and CHOOSE to carry no health insurance....or the ones that do carry health insurance/have a private doctor and STILL  go to the emergency room for for a 'sniffle'. If these sheople CHOOSE NOT TO CARRY health insurance....the big bad government will slap a FINE on them. Scary to say the least!!!

The problem is the Liberals can't sleep at night until they control the health care industry,
so that everyone can be covered, and certain people can get rich.

The government has caused the high costs of health care insurance through decades of regulation.

Adding more regulation can't fix over-regulation.

In box's world, human behavior doesn't change without first codifying it.  If you change the law, you change people's heart.  That is a$$ backwards.

Prohibition was law of the land....Again I ask....What happened to that again?

It was changed to marijuana prohibition in 1937, when the US government banned possession and use,
so the enforcers could keep their jobs.

National Prohibition of alcohol was repealed by the 21st Amendment on December 5, 1933.

A new Morning Consult tracking poll finds that just 7% of voters support delaying or defunding Obamacare.

Seeing that government represents all people, and that just over 50% voted in the last election, that eliminates nearly 50% from the "public opinion" poll.  Unless the poll suggests that exercising your right NOT to vote, means the majority of the 50% that do vote get to make the rules for EVERYBODY.

So they want to delay 'obamacare' for 1 year and strip it of the congressional exemption...that really doesn't matter...

I looked at the cost of it and I WILL LOSE A LOT if my company decides to 'dump'.....and they all will...after 20years of service and
my benefits earned, I WILL LOSE....it would cost me 5 times what it cost me now...not to mention even if my company doesn't
dump I will have to pay a 'fee' for having it...

if the exemption is the pivoting point at which the vote happens,,,IT MEANS NOTHING TO US....those folks employed on
The Hill can afford the fees/penalties and their employer IS THE FU(KING government....so does that mean the government will
have to pay people to track/pay for their own compliance....WTF IS WRONG WITH US????

THERE SHOULD BE NO EXEMPTIONS FOR THE UNIONS!!!!!

THOSE ELECTED HAVE NO IDEA WHO WE ARE.....AND THEY DON'T CARE.....

national healthcare is as un-affordable to me as my national grid bill.....IT'S SUBJECTIVE....

Summary
Beginning in 2018, a 40 percent excise tax will be imposed on the value of health insurance benefits exceeding a certain threshold. The thresholds are $10,200 for individual coverage and $27,500 for family coverage (indexed to inflation). The thresholds increase for individuals in high-risk professions and for employers that have a disproportionately older population.

Cissy is among those who don't vote. Cissy wants it his way... the entire govt must bow to Cissy's
version of govt.  If only Cissy and like minded people would vote, he might get his wish.

When the rest of the country joins the Republicans who's kids are now covered under Obamacare
those who opposed Obama care may have to leave the country.

Republicans hate Obamacare... (but they support ObamaCare policy)

* Eighty percent of Republicans favor “creating an insurance pool where small
businesses and uninsured have access to insurance exchanges to take advantage of
large group pricing benefits.” That’s backed by 75 percent of independents.
* Fifty-seven percent of Republicans support “providing subsidies on a sliding scale to
aid individuals and families who cannot afford health insurance.” That’s backed by 67
percent of independents.
* Fifty-four percent of Republicans favor “requiring companies with more than
50 employees to provide insurance for their employers.” That’s backed by 75 percent
of independents.
* Fifty two percent of Republicans favor “allowing children to stay on parents insurance
until age 26.” That’s backed by 69 percent of independents.
* Seventy eight percent of Republicans support “banning insurance companies from
denying coverage for pre-existing conditions; 86 percent of Republicans favor “banning
insurance companies from cancelling policies because a person becomes ill.” Those are
backed by 82 percent of independents and 87 percent of independents.

and removing the cost of it by making employees on a tiered basis pay a percentage based on years of service

* Fifty-seven percent of Republicans support “providing subsidies on a sliding scale to

without it coming from my pocket as an excise

* Fifty-four percent of Republicans favor “requiring companies with more than

again with a tiered financial responsibility based on years of service

* Fifty two percent of Republicans favor “allowing children to stay on parents insurance
until age 26.” That’s backed by 69 percent of independents.

society as a whole has a 'failure to launch' syndrome or shall we call it the hippies "never grow old" mentality
or the lack of kids who's parents can even afford to send their kids to college...in all actuality the kids can get their own insurance
through the exchange now.

* Seventy eight percent of Republicans support “banning insurance companies from
denying coverage for pre-existing conditions; 86 percent of Republicans favor “banning
insurance companies from cancelling policies because a person becomes ill.” Those are

but they agree with the algorithm of responsibility/reinsurance....
