Personally, I don't care which one he/she uses.  I'm not obsessed with the issue.
If I didn't watch the movie, I would say the ladies bathroom.
You do realize that a percentage of the population is cross dressing or in the process of a sex change
or in some other way using the bathroom that is appropriate to their appearance.
So... While you are playing Bathroom Police, you probably have been in the men's room with
women and women have been in the ladies room with men... and didn't realize that it was happening.

Bathroom police?  I never said anything about policing bathrooms.  That's left up to the property owner of the bathroom.

You were certainly trying to bait people into a bathroom police debate.  I honestly don't care what percentage of the population is cross dressing or in the process of a sex change operation(since you can't genetically change your gender).  But I certainly won't be duped into believing a male is now a female just because they play dress up and inject hormones to change their appearance.

Should this lizard be allowed into restaurants or is that a code violation?

I WENT TO BUMBLER'S LINK AND READ THE VERY NEXT LINE BELOW THE HEADLINE.
IT READS:
But the rise seen in 2016 marks the lowest annual increase since at least 2001.

i wonder why Bumbler didn't include that part of the story?

McDonald’s CEO Admits Obama’s Economy and Higher Wages Is A Rousing Success

The CEO of McDonald’s fast food chain, Steve Easterbrook, was pleased to announce that driven
by the President’s push for higher wages and a growing economy, McDonald’s profits are up,
employee turnover is lower, and customer satisfaction scores are higher. So much for the GOP’s
lies that higher wages and employee benefits are business killers.

Americans Not In The Labor Force Soar To Record 94.7 Million, Surge By 664,000 In One Month

by Tyler Durden - 9:04AM

So much for that much anticipated rebound in the participation rate. After it had managed to rise for 5 months in a row through March, hitting the highest level in one year, the disenchantment with working has returned, and the labor force participation rate promptly slumped in both April and May, sliding 0.4% in the past two months to 62.60%, just shy of its 35 year low of 62.4% hit last October. This can be seen in the surge of Americans who are no longer in the labor force, who spiked by 664,000 in May, hitting an all time high of 94.7 million. As a result of this the US labor force shrank by over 400,000 to 158,466K, down from 158,924K a month ago, and helped the unemployment rate tumble to 4.7%, the lowest level since 2007.

Adding the number of unemployed workers to the people not in the labor force, there are now over 102 million Americans who are either unemployment or no longer looking for work.

The job participation rate hit a 36-year low last month, and while there are multiple reasons for the decline,
the aging of the baby boom generation is a dominant factor. In 2003, 82 percent of boomers were part of the
labor force; a decade later, that number has declined to 66 percent, and it will only continue to fall.

Boomers are leaving the labor force, but their jobs are not being filled.  Boomers leaving has nothing to do with participation.  A job is a job.  If there are none available there are none availabe.  Your statistic assumes that as boomers leave the labor force, the jobs they hold will not be filled.  That has nothing to do with boomers, it has all to do with businesses deem those positions dont have to be filled.  It's a reduction of work force through attrition.
