OHHH...You don't like the Obama trickle up economy, where the government take money from the 99% and gives it to the 1%...As we've witnessed over the past 5 years, where banks and insurance companies were handed trillions of dollars, while the 99% saw an increase of food stamps and permanent disability.  This is a much healthier economy.

You're kiddin right???

OK, just in case you're not 'kidding'...

But I just assumed that you knew that!

Bullshit Boxy.....He's unilaterally changing whole catagories law that have been in place for years.

Take your beloved ACA and I'll ask the same question again....What gives the POTUS the right to delay the business mandate of the ACA? Are you trying to say that the POTUS has the discretion to ignore entire categories of law?

For those who missed it... the US President is empowered to implement laws passed by congress:

For those that missed it, implement means:
-carry out or fulfill something: to put something into effect or action

Obama isn't implementing his own signature law.  He is unilaterally NULLIFYING the implementation of the ACA 2014 mandate.  The President doesn't have the power to nullify laws.  He is creating a lawless society.  Which you are correct box, is a good thing.  If he doesn't have to follow the law, why does everybody else?

I'll post it once again if you really need it.

The president is responsible for IMPLEMENTING laws passed by congress.

Dictionary.com:
Implement:
~ to fulfill; perform; carry out
~ to put into effect according to or by means of a definite plan or procedure.

Any president is charged with "implementing" laws passed by congress.  There is discretion as
to how that is carried out.
An example:
When the ObamaCare website was faulty and not able to carry out it's function... Obama has the
authority to delay or postpone parts of the law.

(It's really not that complicated and certainly nothing new)

No, he cannot unilaterally delay the implementation of a law.  He can go back to congress and ask to amend the law to delay the implementation of it.

From the plain reading of the Constitution that the president’s fundamental duty is to “take Care that the laws be faithfully executed” (Article II, Section 3); to the U.S. Supreme Court’s unequivocal judgment in Kendall v. United States (1838 ) that the president may not claim a power to “control the legislation of Congress”; to the court’s resounding rejection of a mere statutory line-item veto in Clinton v. City of New York (1998 ) — there is no uncertainty about the president’s duty to either enforce a law entirely or to ask the duly authorized Congress to amend it. He does not have the power of amendment himself."

Regulatory Activity
The legislative process does not stop once a bill becomes law. Many laws must be put
into effect, or implemented, by an agency of the executive branch.
Through a delegation of his authority, the President makes an agency responsible
for implementing the law.
The agency then can issue administrative regulations
explaining how it intends to put the law into effect and/or what a citizen must do to
comply with the law.
Not surprisingly, the political agenda of the Administration influences this process,
particularly when Congress is controlled by a different party than that of the executive
branch. The President, as head of the executive branch, is not required to implement
any law; one way to slow the process of implementation is not to promulgate regulations.
The regulatory process is fairly straightforward compared to the legislative process. It
is governed by one law, the "Administrative Procedure Act of 1946", and there is only
one official source in which all phases of the regulatory process are reported—the
daily Federal Register. There are many steps along the regulatory process.

He's not implementing the law.  The 2014 ACA mandate requiring the minimum coverage is nullified.  Non implementation of the law isn't a form of implementation.

I'm with  you though, this is great.  Maybe I'll join the political process to get a president elected that doesn't not have to implement congresses laws.  I wouldn't care if Congress was all socialist statists, as long as you can get one person elected that will ignore their laws and not enact them.

Again Cissy... YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN LAWS!  OR GOVT... So how does this impact you???
If you actually voted for the president, you could be angry that he's not following the law the
way you think it should be followed... but you didn't vote for anyone!
If you voted for his opponent, you could be angry that he's not following US Law...
but again, you reject US law... so on this issue... YOU AND OBAMA ARE ON THE SAME PAGE!

Presidential decree is just as bad, maybe worse.  But equally illegitimate. But, if I can get someone elected that will nullify all laws, I may support you in your defense of lawlessness.

It's fun to watch Cicero defend the "rule of law" that he doesn't believe in.

It's funnier watching you try to defend Obama nullifying a law and trying to describe it as lawful.  You've mocked republicans that tried to LAWFULLY repeal the ACA and try to LAWFULLY delay the individual mandate.  Now you are supporting these same acts when done unlawfully by the president.  It shows you have amazing loyalty to your leader, and really could care less about government, laws, and order.  You are fine with lawlessness, as long as it is by somebody that you identify with ideologically.
